Boone Mountain Resources has rapidly transformed its concession from an undeveloped tract of land into a fully functional, modern exploration base. Through disciplined planning and relentless on‑the‑ground execution, we’ve established the foundational infrastructure required for scalable exploration, efficient alluvial production, and secure on‑site operations. BMR is now transitioning from early‑stage exploration into scaled mechanized research and sustained commercial activity.
Our Progress
Operational Development
BMR has built a comprehensive operational footprint designed to support year‑round alluvial production and critical mineral exploration. This includes establishing a permanent base of operations with essential facilities for personnel, logistics, security, and material handling.
Site Connectivity
We’ve improved and built extensive access routes across our current concession, enabling reliable movement between work areas, processing zones, and camp infrastructure. These routes also strengthen community access and regional mobility.
Material Handling Capacity
The company has deployed a fleet of heavy machinery and support vehicles capable of excavation, earth moving, transport, and processing. This equipment allows us to open new work areas, move significant volumes of material, and prepare for higher‑throughput operations.
Processing Readiness
A commercial‑scale processing system is being integrated into the operation, designed to handle increased volumes of alluvial material and improve recovery efficiency. This upgrade will significantly enhance revenue and also our ability to research nearby hardrock deposits.
Operational Infrastructure
Our base camp now includes essential utilities, communications systems, storage facilities, and secure areas for sensitive materials. These upgrades ensure operational stability, safety, and continuity across all field activities.

Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, organizational development and administrative processes and procedures globally.

Manages cross‑functional initiatives, strategic coordination, and high‑priority operational projects that support BMR’s global growth.

Lead Geologist
Implements and oversees exploration strategy, sampling programs, geological interpretation and resource evaluation across all BMR Projects.
